Set Your Timezone for Daily Content
Bold Bible resets daily content (Verse of the Day, streaks, daily insights, prayer rotations) at midnight in your local timezone — not server time.
How to Set Your Timezone
- Go to Settings.
- Find Timezone under the Account section.
- Choose your timezone from the list, or tap Detect automatically to use your device's setting.
- Save. New daily content will respect the change immediately.
Why It Matters
- Streaks roll over at midnight in your timezone — so a late-night session still counts for today.
- The Verse of the Day stays the same all day, wherever you are.
- Reading-plan "today's chapter" is calibrated to your local day.
Traveling?
You can change your timezone any time — for example, when traveling on mission or visiting family. Streaks won't break as long as you complete one activity within each local day.
