How to Use the Community & Friends Feed
Connect with fellow believers through Bold Bible's social features.
Accessing the Community Feed
- Go to Circles in the navigation
- Tap the Community or Friends tab
- Browse posts from people you follow
Creating Posts
- Tap the compose button
- Write your message or share a verse
- Optionally attach a Scripture reference
- Tap Post to share with the community
Interacting with Posts
Comments:
- Tap on any post to view the full thread
- Add your comment or reply to others
- "View X replies" shows when posts have comments
Reactions:
- React to posts with encouragement
- Show support for prayer requests
- Celebrate answered prayers with others
Bookmarks:
- Tap the bookmark icon to save posts
- Access saved posts in the Saved tab
- Organize meaningful content for later
Repost:
- Tap the repost button to share with your followers
- Choose between Repost or Quote
- Original author is notified
- Repost count displays on the original
Prayer Requests
- Prayer requests have distinctive gold styling
- Pray for others' needs
- Track prayer requests you've committed to
- Update when prayers are answered
Tips
- Follow friends to see their posts
- Share verses that encourage you
- Engage with comments to build community
- Use as accountability with Study Circle members
